Bangkok-born and self-taught, Chut began photography at 15 with his first camera from his father. Drawn to art but not painting, he found his medium through the lens. He started his professional career in 2007 and joined his first group exhibition, Land of Smile, in Bangkok in 2010. He later moved to New York to further develop his craft, studying Documentary Photography at the International Center of Photography in 2013. In 2014, he held his first solo exhibition, The NEW YORK Minute, in Bangkok.
Chut’s work focuses on light, simplicity, and capturing the emotional essence of his subjects. His influences include Todd Hido, Wolfgang Tillmans, Thomas Ruff, Gerhard Richter, and Edward Hopper. In 2016, he became a Brand Ambassador for Leica Thailand.
